Race 1 in the F4L series was won by Maeve Hayes and the quickets time was John Whelan clocking 11.43.Conal Sexton ran an impressive sub 13 as did Philip Morriosn and the returning Tom Meehan.

Hi Alan,
Well done to all who took part in Fit 4 life last Thursday night. The weather was awful and it was fantastic to see so many out. Especially to see some new faces. Long may it continue. :)
